SK Realty Management, a New York investment group, acquired four warehouses in Maryland and New Jersey from ProLogis for $52.5 million or $55 per square foot.

Jarvis Steel & Lumber Co. Inc. sold the Woodsdale Apartments at 102 Waldon Road in Abingdon, MD, to Apartment Services Inc. for $44.04 million or $96,579 per unit.
The 456-unit, 455,556-square-foot multifamily building was built in 1970 and is in the outlying Harford County submarket.
